About Jennifer

For the past decade, I've immersed myself in the study of ancient and sacred traditions, learning from Indigenous wisdom, the intelligence of plants, Ayurveda, trauma-informed facilitation, and the healing power of the human voice.

Part of my work outside of my online offerings is facilitating in a retreat centre in the Peruvian Jungle, where I support people in reconnecting with themselves through presence, song, and ceremony. Every experience has deepened my respect for the wisdom held within nature, community, and the human spirit.

My relationship with my voice has been one of my greatest teachers.

For many years, I lived with very little confidence and found it difficult to express myself fully. Working with plant medicine opened a path towards my own voice, and singing became a profound part of my healing. Over time, my voice became a place of strength, truth, and freedom. It continues to teach me about authenticity, courage, and connection every day.

That experience inspired me to study the voice more deeply - as well as frequency, technique and authentic expression, and its capacity to support healing and regulate the nervous system. I believe our voices carry something deeply personal. When we give ourselves permission to use them, they have the power to reconnect us with who we are, and thus change our lives in ways we can't even imagine.

My path has also taught me the value of radical honesty, self-trust, and the awareness of our own mindset. Each of these has become a foundation for how I live and how I facilitate. Empowerment begins when we remember that our wisdom, resilience, and capacity to heal already exist within us.

I feel that remembering is deeply needed in the world today. My invitation is simple: sing. Sing to connect with yourself, to express what words cannot, to awaken joy, and to experience the freedom that comes from allowing your voice to be heard.

It is a privilege to walk alongside others as they rediscover their own voice; one that reflects who they truly are and supports them in living with greater presence, confidence, and authenticity.
